Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food and beverage items including coffee, cocoa, tea, drink mixes, and distilled water. All other products in their original condition may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Our Hassle-Free Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request. Include the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition with all packaging
- Original receipt or order confirmation is included
- RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival):
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days for credit card refunds, immediate for PayPal
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, clearly specify the replacement item(s) desired
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item(s)
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Special Considerations
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for returns.
