Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers may be responsible for customs fees upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our artisanal products. Please review our policy below:
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food and beverage items including:
- Coffee (all types)
- Cocoa
- Tea (hot and iced)
- Drink mixes
- Distilled water
- Artesian water
Eligible Returns
All other products in their original, unopened condition may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Our Hassle-Free Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]
- Your order number and purchase date
- Items to return (with quantities)
- Reason for return
- Your contact information
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Ensure:
- Items are in original condition with all packaging
- Original receipt or order confirmation is included
- RMA number is clearly marked on the outside

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days for credit cards, immediate for PayPal
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, specify the replacement item(s) desired
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item(s)
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Special Considerations
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
