5.3 International Shipping

We ship globally except to parts of Asia and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs fees. We cannot predict these charges.

5.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect shipments upon arrival. Report damaged/missing items within 7 days with photos for resolution.

6.1 Return Policy

You may return most unopened items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Non-returnable items include:

• Opened food/beverage items (coffee, cocoa, tea, drink mixes)
• Water products (distilled, artesian)

6.2 Return Process

Use trackable shipping as you’re responsible until we receive the return.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days (immediate for PayPal) after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
